Prescription Refills - Gateway Bulverde Clinic Pharmacy Team
To request a prescription refill you can:
Option 1. Use the automated refill system
- Call the automated refill phone system at 210-292-9995 or 800-469-7170
- Listen to and follow the prompts for the "Gateway Bulverde Clinic Pharmacy"
- When prompted for the prescription number, enter the information from your medication's label
- Refills will be ready for pick-up after 1:00 p.m., three duty days after requested
Option 2. Refill your medications using the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
- Log in to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
- At the far right of the top menu tab you will see "Rx Refills"
- Select "Rx Refills" to see a list of your medications with available refills
- Refills will be ready for pick-up after 1:00 p.m., three duty days after requested
