Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. Wilford Hall's Family Emergency Center, located on the west side of the building off of Wilford Hall Loop, is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Family Medicine medical providers and staff provide the highest level of quality medical care to over 14,500 beneficiaries.
