You may experience busy signals when calling the military pharmacy prescription refill interactive voice response system – or prescription refill line – Jan. 26 to Feb. 5, 2026, as the system is updated.  
Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Urgent Prescriptions – ready SAME DAY

  • Please visit our Pharmacy kiosks for urgent requests
  • Pull an "Urgent Medication" ticket
  • Wait until your ticket is called
  • After activation, please wait until your ticket is called again for medication pick-up
 
Routine Prescriptions – ready after 1:00 p.m., 2 DUTY DAYS after activation

Three Options to Activate:
  • Option 1. Text "Get in line" to 833-517-4408 and follow prompts
  • Option 2. Use kiosks in WHASC Pharmacy lobby to activate. After activating, prescriptions will be available for pick-up in 2 duty days
  • Option 3. Call the JBSA Pharmacy Call Center at 210-916-1536 (Open Mon. - Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
