Prescriptions picked up at Wilford Hall Pharmacy are limited to new or renewal prescriptions that have already been activated.

If you have received notification that your prescription is ready or waited the number of duty days specified, you can proceed to the pick-up line in the lobby or see the Pharmacy Lobby Manager if you have questions or need additional assistance.
