The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
If you have a scheduled appointment or other business at the MTF, please verify with your provider or applicable office within the MTF to ensure there are no changes in schedule. To learn how the lapse in appropriations affects your TRICARE benefit, visit

Prescription Refills - Randolph Pharmacy Team


To request a prescription refill you can:

Option 1. Use the automated refill system

  • Call the automated refill phone system at 726-215-9456
  • Listen to and follow the prompts for different JBSA pick-up locations
  • When prompted for the prescription number, enter the information from your medication's label
  • Refills will be ready for pick-up after 1:00 p.m., three duty days after request at your selected JBSA pick-up location
  • All Randolph prescription refills are sent to the Randolph Satellite Pharmacy in the Base Exchange on the right-side of the building across from the nail and hair salon
Option 2. Refill your medications using the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
  • Log in to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
  • At the far right of the top menu tab you will see "Rx Refills"
  • Select "Rx Refills" to see a list of your medications with available refills
  • Refills will be ready for pick-up after 1:00 p.m., three duty days after requested
  • Additional information can be found at MHS GENESIS Prescription Refills
  • All Randolph prescription refills are sent to the Randolph Satellite Pharmacy in the Base Exchange on the right-side of the building across from the nail and hair salon
