Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

The 559th Medical Squadron at JBSA-Randolph does not maintain hard copy medical records. Members seeking hard copy records may visit Wilford Hall Outpatient Records. The 559th can pull up electronic records from 2017 to the present.
