New Prescriptions - Randolph Pharmacy Team

To process new routine prescriptions from on or off-base providers:

  • Text "Get in line" to 1-833-258-0792 or use kiosks in the Randolph Pharmacy lobby
  • Select the appropriate options, follow the prompts, and wait for your ticket to be called
  • Prescriptions will be ready for pick-up 2 duty days after activation

To process urgent* prescriptions from on or off-base providers:

  • Please use the kiosks in the Randolph Pharmacy lobby
  • Follow the kiosk prompts, select the appropriate options, then wait for your ticket to be called. Your prescription will be ready same-day.
  • Pick-up your prescription once your name is called or a notification is sent to your phone
  • If you are returning to pick-up after you have activated your medications, please proceed to the pick-up line.
* Urgent medications are short course treatments only for anti-infectives, acute pain medications, steroid treatments, or for patients who have received emergency services within the last 72 hours
