You may experience busy signals when calling the military pharmacy prescription refill interactive voice response system – or prescription refill line – Jan. 26 to Feb. 5, 2026, as the system is updated.  
Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

New Prescriptions - Randolph Pharmacy Team

Process new routine prescriptions from on or off-base providers using ONE of these two methods. Please only create ONE ticket number!


Option 1) Q-Anywhere Remote Activation
  • Visit Randolph's Q-Anywhere webpage
  • Follow the prompts to activate your prescriptions
  • Prescriptions will be ready for pick-up 2 duty days after activation

Option 2) Q-Anywhere Text Activation
  • Text GET IN LINE to 1-833-258-0792
  • Follow the prompts to activate your prescriptions
  • Prescriptions will be ready for pick-up 2 duty days after activation


To process urgent* prescriptions from on or off-base providers:

  • Please use the kiosks in the Randolph Pharmacy lobby
  • Follow the kiosk prompts, select the appropriate options, then wait for your ticket to be called. Your prescription will be ready same-day.
  • Pick-up your prescription once your name is called or a notification is sent to your phone
  • If you are returning to pick-up after you have activated your medications, please proceed to the pick-up line.
* Urgent medications are short course treatments only for anti-infectives, acute pain medications, steroid treatments, or for patients who have received emergency services within the last 72 hours
