New Prescriptions - Satellite Pharmacy (JBSA-Lackland) Team

The Satellite Pharmacy (JBSA-Lackland) is for REFILL pick-up only. 
 
REFILL - An existing prescription, with authorized refills, that the patient can call into the pharmacy via the refill line (contact the JBSA Pharmacy Call Center at 210-916-1536 Mon. - Fri. from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

RENEWAL – When a chronic use medication runs out of refills your doctor must “renew” the prescription. Renewals are new prescriptions with new prescription numbers and must be activated. Please see information under “New Prescriptions” on the pharmacy homepage.
