Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Urgent Prescriptions - ready SAME-DAY
Patients in need of same-day service should present to the GBC Pharmacy lobby to have urgent prescriptions filled same-day. Pharmacy staff will generally prioritize urgent prescriptions (examples include antibiotics and pain medications) activated through Q-Anywhere and alert the patient via text message

Routine Prescriptions - ready after 1:00 p.m., 2 duty days after activation
Two options to Activate:
1. Text "Get in line" to 833-517-4408 and follow prompts
2. Call the JBSA Pharmacy Call Center at 210-916-1536
    Open Mon. - Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
