Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Radiology

We provide routine ultrasound, X-ray and screening mammography services. Please note:  children are not permitted to accompany adults during any radiology-based exams. Children under the age of 12 may NOT remain in waiting room areas unaccompanied.

Radiology services at Randolph Clinic include:
  • Diagnostic Imaging (X-Ray) – walk-in (last walk-in accepted at 4:15 p.m.)​
  • Film Library – walk-in
  • Mammography – annual screening site, by appointment only
  • Ultrasound – by appointment only
    • Preparation Instructions for Ultrasound Exams
      • ​Pelvic or renal/bladder ultrasound: Consume 32 oz of water the hour prior to your exam (but no later than an hour) and hold your bladder after finishing the water until your scheduled appointment. Do not urinate. There are two portions to the exam. The first part requires your bladder to be full, for the second part your bladder will be empty.
      • Abdominal/ Aorta Ultrasound: Patients must be fully fasting 8 hours prior to exam. Do not consume ANYTHING including water, tobacco products, mints/gums. Nothing by mouth at all prior to exam.
