Prescription Refills - Wilford Hall (WHASC) Pharmacy Team


Prescription refills can be picked up 24/7 via the Family Emergency Center (FEC) entrance at Wilford Hall by using the ScriptCenter Lockers.

ScriptCenter Notes:

  • The first time you use ScriptCenter you will have to enroll; this one-time process requires you to have one of the prescription numbers you called in for refill with you
  • Refrigerated items cannot be placed in ScriptCenter Lockers

To request a prescription refill you can:

Option 1. Use the automated refill system

  • Call the automated refill phone system at 726-215-9456 or 800-469-7170
  • Listen to and follow the prompts for "ScriptCenter Lockers" at Wilford Hall
  • When prompted for the prescription number, enter the information from your medication's label
  • Refills will be ready for pick-up after 1:00 p.m., three duty days after request at your selected JBSA pick-up location
Option 2. Refill your medications using the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
  • Log in to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
  • At the far right of the top menu tab you will see "Rx Refills"
  • Select "Rx Refills" to see a list of your medications with available refills
  • Refills will be ready for pick-up after 1:00 p.m., three duty days after requested
