Lackland, Randolph Pharmacies change processes

An Airman uses a pharmacy kiosk at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Aug. 16, 2022. JBSA-Lackland and Randolph Pharmacy teams are updating processes to improve support to beneficiaries. Currently, the demand for pharmacy services exceeds what the 59 MDW is resourced to provide by approximately 26%. These process changes will allow for enhanced support from the wing’s off-site robotic prescription refill center to meet demand. (U.S. Air Force photo/59th Medical Wing Public Affairs)
