    • No Family Medicine Care:  Flight personnel are not authorized to receive care at the Family Medicine clinic.
    • Outside Medical Care (Emergency Room, Physical Therapy, etc.): All medical care received outside of the FSO (including ER visits, physical therapy, chiropractic, dental, and consultation visits) requires aeromedical disposition within 24 hours. Contact the FSO to report outside medical care. The FSO will determine if a follow-up appointment is needed. • Return to Flight Status: It is your responsibility to schedule an appointment to return to flight status if DNIF'd by a Flight Surgeon. Prolonged grounding may result in actions taken by your Commander.
    • Flight Physicals and Waivers: It is the member’s responsibility to always maintain a current Flight Physical and valid waiver (if applicable). Flight Physicals expire when a member’s PHA (preventative health assessment) expires. Flight physicals & PHAs can be scheduled by calling 210-292-9556. If a member is on a waiver, you will be contacted at least 2 months prior to expiration if specialty consultations are required.
