Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas — The Air Force Wounded Warrior Program (AFW2) provides non-medical support to Airmen and Guardians recovering from injuries, illnesses, or combat-related conditions, helping them reintegrate into duty or civilian life. Through recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration initiatives, the program offers resources such as adaptive sports, employment assistance, and resiliency workshops, serving as a vital lifeline for nearly 3,000 service members.
