AETC commander guest on "Developing Mach-21 Airmen" pod

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas – Lt. Gen. Steve Kwast is the featured guest on the latest episode of "Developing Mach-21 Airmen," Air Education and Training Command's podcast series, released July 8, 2019.

On the pod, Air Education and Training Command public affairs sits down with the commander, Lt. Gen. Steve Kwast, talking through the last two years and what has stuck out to him about the recruit, train, and educate enterprise.

Topics include how the command has executed its strategic goals, including flipping the headquarters organizational structure; breaking long-held, industrial-aged paradigms; innovation; and the general's battle cry to the Airmen of AETC as he prepares to hand the guidon to Lt. Gen. Brad Webb July 26.

The professional development podcasts are designed to help communicate and inform Total Force Airmen across the globe on relevant, timely topics related to the recruiting, training, education and development fields and can be listened to on the government network on the AETC website, or via mobile application as well as on Apple Podcasts (iTunes).
