COVID-19 Testing at Wilford Hall

JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas  –  

Our Warrior Medics have stepped up to the plate once again in the fight against COVID-19. The WHASC’s pathology lab is conducting its own testing on samples taken from patients suspected of having the illness. The lab’s main priority is supporting the 37th TRW and Basic Military Training. The in-house testing allows for quicker results, keeping the Air Force pipeline flowing as smooth as possible in this trying time.
