Attention TRICARE beneficiaries!  
You may experience busy signals when calling the military pharmacy prescription refill interactive voice response system – or prescription refill line – Jan. 26 to Feb. 5, 2026, as the system is updated.  
Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

San Antonio Market vaccine and testing site closures

The following are Veteran’s Day weekend closures for JBSA’s COVID-19 screening/testing sites:

•         BAMC’s site will be closed Nov. 11-14, and will reopen Monday, Nov. 15 at 8 a.m.

•         Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, JBSA-Lackland’s site will be closed Nov. 11, and open Nov. 12 from 8-10 a.m.

Both sites will resume normal hours of operation on Nov. 15. For screening/testing site locations and hours of operation, visit https://bamc.tricare.mil/Health-Services/Preventive-Care/Immunizations/COVID-19-Vaccine-Availability

As a reminder, BAMC and WHASC offer the Pfizer vaccine to all DoD beneficiaries ages 12 and older. Beneficiaries can make a same-day appointment on TRICARE Online or by calling the appointment line at 210-916-9900.
