Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) affects 7-8% of the U.S. population. There are many resources available to get help for PTSD and other mental health issues, such as the 20th Medical Group (MDG) mental health clinic, the behavioral health optimization program at Shaw and the Veterans Crisis Line.
