Lackland, Randolph Pharmacies change process to improve service

Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland and JBSA-Randolph Pharmacy teams are updating processes to improve support to beneficiaries. Currently, the demand for Pharmacy services exceeds what the Wing is resourced to provide by approximately 26%.
