U.S. Air Force Airman and Security Forces member uses light therapy

Light therapy in use

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Ysidro Santa Cruz, an installation entry controller assigned to the 673d Security Forces Squadron, uses a happy light station between shift change, at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Oct. 26, 2023. Happy lights mimic natural sunlight, which can help regulate the body's internal clock and pose as a great mood booster. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Quatasia Carter)
