Base exercise participation; services to remain open

By 59th Medical Wing Public Affairs

The 59th Medical Wing is participating in a simulated mass causality exercise, on both JBSA-Lackland and Randolph on Tuesday, June 25.

The purpose of the exercise is to assess the wing's medical emergency capabilities while providing a hands-on training opportunity to practice the necessary skills needed if confronted with a crisis situation.

Although all 59th MDW services and facilities will remain open while the exercise is being conducted, patients may experience longer than normal wait times.

We appreciate your patience during this time as we continue to provide patient-centered care while ensuring our Warrior Medics are mission ready.
