** Curb-side drop-off and pick-up only! **

The JBSA-Lackland Pharmacy has institute a mandatory curb-side drop-off and pick-up prescription process, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.  To facilitate service, patients must call ahead to the following numbers to request any new electronic prescriptions to be filled prior to coming to the pharmacy for pick-up.

Electronic prescriptions from network providers:

  • Activate new prescription from Network provider by calling 210-292-8415

Electronic prescriptions from Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center:

  • Active new prescription from clinic providers by calling 210-292-7970 or 210-292-5411

Curb-side pick-up and drop-off will be at the Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center enter thru parking lot.  The pick-up service is only for those medications that have been previously filled and ready for pick-up.  If the prescription is not ready for pick-up, you may be requested to return later when the prescriptions are ready to prevent backing-up the curbside pick-up lanes. Patients who drop-off their hard copy/paper prescriptions will have a pick-up time next duty day.  Patients with prescriptions for acute, emergency or special circumstance will be filled same day.

The JBSA - Lackland Satellite Pharmacy and Lackland Commissary are currently closed.

Please keep in mind that you can get a 90-day supply of your medications via TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery or at retail network pharmacies (three, 30-day supplies at the cost of three copayments). Consider using home delivery to conveniently access your maintenance medications (drugs regularly taken for a chronic condition) without leaving your house.
